The Flow Arts Institute is creating a compendium of online video training for spinners and jugglers. We aim to provide top-quality video lessons from renown teachers that cover the widest variety of prop skills. Whether you are learning Poi, Staff, Contact, Juggling, Hoop, or all of them at once, we aim to bring you the content you need to take your skills to the next level.
