You may have caught it at Kinetic Fire in 2014, but here it is a gain. In order to do this trick, you must work on your point balance by focusing on the mid point of the hoop and stay under it while it balances on the back of your hand. Keeping your arm straight and lifting up letting the hoop fall between your pointer and thumb to roll across your body in a body roll. Please send us videos of you trying this trick! #faitutsdays
