The flow arts community is all about flow. It’s our namesake. We understand the value in finding that blissful state between mind and body connection. Now there is a research institute dedicated to studying why and how this state occurs. Perhaps we will see some research come out of fire performing or other aspects of the flow arts. You can get a free flow profile from their website or their facebook page. The Flow Genome Project is a promising venture to help provide some validity to our practice and craft through neuroscience, psychology, and movement research. Let us know what you think!
