Zan Moore  is known for his expertise in the theory and technique of poi and staff spinning, Zan has given workshops around the U.S. and abroad.

Here he presents to you the Buzzsaw Weave.

This is a 3 Beat weave that travels through the space between  your arms.

This move is done in wheel plane in Split Time/Same Direction.
A key to this is to making sure this works is to ensure that the poi are short enough to pass through the space between your arms.
This move is accomplished in a similar manner to the classic 3 Beat Weave except instead of letting the beat fall or rise on the far side of your body, it falls or rises between your arms.

The location of that beat adds an interesting dynamic to be explored.  Be sure to experiment with where and when you perform this technique to add new elements to your spinning!
