Eli Harrod brings us 2 useful 3 poi tricks called stack swaps. For the first trick, start a wall side weave with 3 poi in your hands . Tuck the pinky side in your armpit getting the other 2 into split-opp. Toss the thumb side back and forth between both hands by tucking the other one and tossing letting the poi tucked in your armpit to fall out as you catch it. Tuck, toss, fall out, and repeat.

The second starts with a two beat wheel side weave. Take the pinky side of one poi, tuck it into the armpit while the other poi goes onto your shoulder. From there, you take the remaining poi and toss it into the hand with the shoulder resting poi and tucking it into your armpit. Then toss the shoulder poi into your other hand to repeat. Tuck into armpit, toss onto shoulder, release, switch, repeat.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
