This week’s tutsday is the last of the foundation pieces for the Vulcan Tech Gospel which is a notation style for spinning developed by Noel Yee et. al.

Noel shows us and explains that Together Time Opposite Direction which can be abbreviated as Tog-Opp is when both hands move in opposite directions but hit the beats on the bottom of the circle together at the same time. Many poi spinners also call this Butterfly for it’s obvious wing-like qualities.

Make sure to practice this in wall plane as well as wheel plane in order to accustom yourself with how different each position feels.

Thanks for reading guys![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
